In stock orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within the UK in 2-4 working days from the date of purchase. Products stocked at our suppliers (stated on each page) are usually dispatched within 3-5 workings days and delivered within the UK in 5-10 working days from the date of purchase. We have a 7 working days hassle-free returns policy (details below) Shipping Conditions (i) Your order will be dispatched to the shipping address you specify during the checkout procedure. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to suspicious shipping addresses on the grounds of card fraud at our discretion. (ii) We endeavour to supply products worldwide, however we reserve the right to levy a surcharge for non-UK mainland deliveries at our discretion where significantly increased cost would be incurred on our part. (iii) We will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delay. Furthermore we reserve the right to postpone the dispatch date of goods in the event of: an act of god, war, strikes, riots, trade disputes, fire, mechanical or operational failure, disruption to the postal services or any other extraordinary event which may interrupt our operations. (iv) In the case of international orders the customer will be deemed responsible for all import duties and taxes which might be levied on the goods once the consignment reaches its destination country. Returns and Cancellation Policy (i) In order to process any return we must first receive this request via e-mail to returns@GardeningEssentials.co.uk. Please specify your order number and the reason for the return and await confirmation from us before sending it back. (ii) You may return your order up to 7 working days from the date of delivery as long as the goods are in a re-saleable as-new condition. Please include the original packaging with any products returned. (iii) Customers have the statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods whilst in their possession and in return transit to us. (iv) In the case of goods returned in a damaged, incomplete or used conditioned or cancelled orders for products already specially sourced from our suppliers, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee at our discretion (limited to 15% for unshipped orders). (iv) Except in the case of faulty or mis-described goods, the customer will be responsible for safely returning goods to Gardening Essentials at their own cost. Under circumstances where the goods are faulty or misdescribed Gardening Essentials will meet all reasonable delivery costs for product returns. (v) Once a return has been accepted in accordance with the above conditions a refund will be processed within 30 days. (vi) This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Product Specification & Warranty All products sold by Gardening Essentials are UK specification (240V with 3-pin plug for electrical products), brand new and supplied with the standard manufacturers guarantee unless stated otherwise. For Atco, Qualcast and Bosch products this normally includes 2 years parts and labour.
